Modular Housing Unit (MHU) Project

Services Provided: Tysam Tech provided design, specification, and permitting support for the transport, installation, and operation of Modular Housing Units (MHUs) in Christiansted, St. Croix, USVI. The project focused on ensuring regulatory compliance and securing necessary permits for the housing development.

Scope of Work:

• Design & Specification Development: Created detailed design and specification drawings for the MHU system.

• Permitting & Regulatory Compliance: Prepared and submitted applications for required transportation, installation, and operational permits.

• Project Coordination: Ensured compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations to facilitate a smooth installation process.
