Phase 1 & 2 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)

Services Provided: Tysam Tech conducted Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) in Frederiksted, St. Croix, USVI. The assessments followed ASTM E1527-21 (Phase 1) and ASTM E1903-19 & ASTM E2600-15 (Phase 2) standards to evaluate potential environmental risks and contamination.

Scope of Work:

• Phase 1 ESA: Conducted historical research, site inspections, and regulatory reviews to identify potential environmental concerns.

• Phase 2 ESA: Performed field investigations, including soil and groundwater sampling, to assess contamination levels.

• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Provided a comprehensive ESA report with findings and recommendations for environmental management.

The project ensured due diligence and regulatory compliance, supporting informed decision-making for the property's future use and development.
