No-Rise & Wetland Delineation for Solar Microgrid

Services Provided: Tysam Tech conducted a No-Rise evaluation and wetland delineation for the development of a solar microgrid in St. Croix, USVI. The project focused on assessing floodplain areas, identifying wetland boundaries, and ensuring compliance with FEMA and environmental permitting regulations.

Scope of Work:

• Wetland Delineation: Conducted field surveys to map wetland areas and provided a delineation report for permitting.

• No-Rise Evaluation: Performed a flood impact analysis to determine any potential changes to the floodplain and floodway caused by the project.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensured adherence to FEMA regulations, environmental protection standards, and local permitting requirements.
