Drinking Water Project

Services Provided: Tysam Tech provided environmental review and permitting support for a drinking water system upgrade in Christiansted, St. Croix, USVI. The project focused on securing funding approval under the Drinking Water Capital Improvement Grant (DWCIG) and ensuring compliance with Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) requirements.

Scope of Work:

• System Design & RFP Development: Assisted in designing the new drinking water system, preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and reviewing vendor submissions.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensured adherence to grant funding conditions and environmental permitting requirements.

• Project Oversight & Reporting: Managed compliance with grant milestones, construction timelines, and funding disbursement approvals.

The project aimed to enhance water quality and reliability for residents while ensuring regulatory and grant compliance for a successful system installation.
