Wetland Delineation & ESA Evaluation

Services Provided: Tysam Tech conducted a wetland delineation and Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) evaluation for a development project in St. Thomas, USVI. The project focused on identifying wetland areas, assessing environmental risks, and ensuring compliance with coastal and environmental regulations.

Scope of Work:

• Wetland Delineation: Mapped and classified wetland areas to support regulatory compliance and permitting.

• ESA Species Review: Conducted an Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) to identify any protected or sensitive species within the project area.

• Regulatory Compliance: Prepared a final wetland delineation report and ESA findings for submission as part of a Coastal Zone Management (CZM) permit application.

This project ensured environmentally responsible development while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements for wetland and species protection.
