Services Provided: Tysam Tech conducted a Certified Mold Inspection (CMI) for multiple buildings within the Ocean Point Terminals facility in St. Croix, USVI. The project aimed to assess air quality, identify mold presence, and provide recommendations for remediation.

Scope of Work:

• Visual Inspection & Air Sampling: Performed non-intrusive mold inspections of interior spaces.

• Microscopic Analysis: Collected and analyzed air samples to determine mold levels and potential health risks.

• Certified Mold Inspection Report: Delivered a detailed assessment report with findings and remediation recommendations.

This project focused on ensuring a safe and healthy workplace by identifying and addressing mold-related concerns at the facility.
